 Buckhead Murder Witness Back in Fulton County Jail

On Tuesday May 27, at 10:30 p.m., the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office Fugitive Unit apprehended Terrance Tutman. Tutman was located and arrested in Morgan County, Georgia.

Tutman is now incarcerated in the Fulton County Jail as a material witness in the 1999 Buckhead slaying of Gordon Bynum.

Sheriff Jacquelyn Barrett expressed appreciation to the Fugitive Unit members who worked extraordinary hours in the search for Tutman. “We are pleased that the trial can now go forward and move to closure for the Bynum family.”
