Needy Kids to “Shop With A Cop” at The Camp Creek Target Store, Saturday
 

The Fulton County Fraternal Order of Police, Lodge #64 is proud to host its 17th annual “Shop With A Cop” event on Saturday, December 13th at the Target Office Store located in the new Camp Creek Market Place shopping center. Several uniformed members of the local F.O.P. lodge which include; the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office, Fulton County Marshals Office, Fulton County Police Office, and East Point Police Office, will shop the aisles with several needy children in search of those special holiday gifts for under the tree.

Shop With A Cop” has been a long running tradition for members of the F.O.P. lodge. Children who participate in the annual event are selected by the local Easter Seals Society and surrounding Metro-Atlanta communities. Many of the participating children have special needs.

The Fraternal Order of Police will purchase Target Store gift cards and supply each child with a card to make their purchases. A uniformed law enforcement officer from the lodge will accompany each child to assist them in making those exciting, and sometimes challenging holiday selections. The “Shop With A Cop” kids will be treated to refreshments and snacks, and have their picture taken with Santa while visiting the store.

Shop With A Cop” will begin at 8:00 a.m. The Camp Creek Market Place shopping center is located on Camp Creek Parkway, just off I-285 in South Fulton County.
